To ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for all guests and residents, we kindly ask that you comply with the following house rules:

1. Marriage Certificate Requirement

    For Egyptian and Arab guests, if at least one guest is Egyptian or Arab, couples must present a valid official marriage certificate before check-in, in accordance with local regulations.

2. Passport Copies & Entry Permit

    After your reservation is confirmed, we will request a copy of each guest’s passport or valid government-issued ID to arrange the required entry permit and complete the building’s security registration before check-in.

3. Waste Disposal

    Please dispose of all garbage only in the designated waste disposal areas.

4. Laundry

    Hanging or drying clothes is permitted only in the designated areas. Please do not hang laundry from balconies, windows, or other visible areas.

5. Noise Policy

    Please respect your neighbors by avoiding excessive noise, loud music, parties, or any disturbances, especially during quiet hours.

6. Respect for the Property

    Guests are expected to treat the apartment, building, and shared facilities with care and leave them in the same condition as they were found.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, termination of the reservation without refund, or other actions as permitted by the booking platform and applicable regulations.
